This Sunday, September 27th we are back in Canmore, at 11:00 AM (one hour later than usual, with hopes of a bit milder temperatures!!) . We’ll be acknowledging “Orange Shirt Day” (September 30th) so wear orange if you have it… and dress for the elements. One additional thing we’ll be doing is an “Earth Examen”, based on the exercise posted here.
